Door Leaves & Frame:
Manufactured from 1.2mm thick Zintec steel, double skinned with interlocking channels and horizontally with built in strengtheners to prevent twisting. Internal space with-in the door skin cavity are filled with Dufalyte board or dense Rockwool. Standard thickness is 50mm. Frame: Manufactured from 2mm Zintec steel, formed and welded into a single or double rebated frame profile, reinforced and fitted with profile plates. Depth of frame is 100mm.

Hinging:
Depending on the size and weight of the doors can be supplied with 3, 4, 5 stainless steel security butt hinges.
